Getting started with QuiteLeads

The panel has three tabs and they run in order: Find collects prospects, Leads holds what was collected, Outreach sends the messages.

This guide covers the general workflow. Exact fields differ slightly between sources — the panel tells you what each one needs before you start a run.

1. Install and open the panel

Install the extension, then open any supported site and click the QuiteLeads icon. The panel opens alongside the page you are on rather than in a separate tab, so the page stays visible while you work.

2. Find — collect prospects

Open the Find tab and choose a source. Each source asks for what it needs: Maps and Yelp take a What and a Where, Contra takes a job title, Clutch takes a category or a filtered listing URL, and the social sources work from a search, a profile or a post.

  • Fill in the search fields and check the delay setting under Advanced
  • Press Start finding leads and let the run work through the results
  • Or press Use the current tab to collect from a page you already have open

The panel shows live activity while it runs, and a running count of what it has found.

Choosing a sensible delay

The delay between actions is the single most important setting. Faster is not better — a slower run that finishes is worth more than a fast one that gets your account limited. Leave the defaults unless you have a reason to change them.

3. Leads — review what you collected

Everything collected lands in the Leads tab, with counts for leads, emails, phone numbers and social handles. Each outreach channel shows how many of your leads are reachable on it, so you can see where the list is actually usable before you spend messages.

From here you can:

  • Export the whole list to CSV or JSON
  • Refresh to pull in the latest run
  • Move straight into outreach on any channel

Avoiding duplicates

Turn on Skip ones already found before a second pass over the same search. A repeat run then adds new names instead of collecting the same businesses again.

4. Outreach — send the messages

Pick a channel in the Outreach tab, then work down the panel in order.

Accounts

Choose who to contact: a saved audience, the list you just collected, or a custom list you type or paste in. You can also import a .txt or .csv file.

Actions

Tick what you want done on each account. Some actions combine and some do not — following and unfollowing are opposites, and on Instagram direct messages run as their own pass. The panel states which combinations are allowed as you tick them.

Templates

Write one message per line. A random line is picked for each recipient, which keeps a run from looking identical to everyone who receives it. Use the name token to insert each recipient's handle.

Limits

Set posts per account, maximum accounts, and the minimum and maximum delay. The panel estimates how long the run will take once you have added accounts.

Press Start run when you are ready. You can pause or stop at any point.

5. Saved audiences

Save a list once and select it again on any channel. Build the audience for a vertical, then reuse it across campaigns instead of rebuilding it every time.

Good practice

  • Start small on a new account and increase slowly
  • Keep delays generous, especially on Instagram
  • Stop for the day if a platform starts blocking actions
  • Only contact people where you have a lawful basis to do so
