Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the QuiteLeads browser extension and this website.

Last updated: 23 August 2026

DRAFT FOR REVIEW — these terms describe how QuiteLeads is intended to work, but they have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have a qualified professional check them before you rely on them, particularly the licence, refund and liability sections.

Accepting these terms

By installing or using QuiteLeads you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

What QuiteLeads is

QuiteLeads is a browser extension that helps you find prospects on websites you visit, organise them into lists, and carry out outreach from your own accounts. It is a tool that acts on your instructions, in your browser, in sessions you are already signed in to.

Your licence

A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension.

  • The Yearly plan grants access for twelve months from purchase and renews unless cancelled.
  • The Lifetime plan is a single payment granting access with no renewal.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or share your licence, or attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the extension.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use QuiteLeads. You agree that you will:

  • Comply with all laws that apply to you, including data protection and anti-spam rules
  • Comply with the terms of service of every platform you use the extension on
  • Only contact people where you have a lawful basis to do so
  • Honour opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly
  • Not use the extension to harass, deceive, defraud or send unlawful content

Platform rules and account risk

Third-party platforms set their own rules on automated activity, and they decide independently how to enforce them. Using any automation carries a risk that a platform restricts or suspends your account. QuiteLeads gives you pacing and limit controls to reduce that risk, but no tool can eliminate it and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. You accept that risk when you choose to run outreach.

Availability

Third-party websites change. When a platform changes its layout or rules, a feature may stop working until the extension is updated. We aim to keep the extension working but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific source or channel.

Payment and refunds

Prices are shown in USD. Renewals for the Yearly plan are charged automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. If you would like a refund, contact support@quiteleads.com and we will deal with your request in line with the refund terms published at the time of your purchase and any statutory rights you have.

Disclaimer

QuiteLeads is provided on an as-is basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuiteLeads is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or the suspension or restriction of any third-party account. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate a licence if these terms are breached, in particular the acceptable use section. You may stop using the extension at any time.

Third parties

QuiteLeads is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Yelp, Clutch or Contra. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the extension after a change means you accept the updated terms.
